The AI currently generates a random name for each client

The issue: RBTs adding data to session note that we don't want in the session note. What we want: The ability to add data by tag or treatment area for a program. Ex. only shows programs with data that include 'maladaptive behavior' as treatment area or tag (no other programs with data would show up as option to include)

As an alternative to reopening session notes and changing existing content of a signed note it should be possible to add one or more amendments to the notes.

For organizations that use Hi Rasmus with an integrated practice management system, it would be very useful for users to be able to set a timezone in Hi Rasmus to ensure the times on the note match the times on the session. Currently if a user is completing a note in a timezone different than the organizations Aloha timezone, the time on the note won't match the time on the appointment / session

We are being encouraged to standardize our notes. For example, on direction notes (97155), we are being guided to consider three different components within each note to best describe for what occurred during the session. It would be amazing if the basic note could be written (client name, time, etc.) then options provided that would hyperlink to different notes such that the note could be built dynamically.

Having a feature in the session notes would be awesome to provide feedback and changes in the exact spot where feedback/ corrections are needed. Also- if the bcba updating the note or providing corrections could go in without changing the name on the note.

Would like to run an audit on session notes and be able to check a box next to the note to say it was audited and then have some feedback for the staff.

We can currently attach video and picture files to session notes, but it would be great to have an audio-only option as well. Being able to attach an MP3 (or a similar format) would make it easier to review sessions, especially when a video isn’t feasible. Audio files are also smaller and would take up less space on the HiRasmus server. 😉
