Organizations would like to see easily a list of all of the program notes typed across one client across staff, in one place rather than navigating to the client history > notes individually.

A lot of our programs, although behavior analytic in nature and treatment, are not covered by insurance (extending duration of sitting at a table, writing fluency, etc.) Because of this it would be nice to send our notes to Aloha without the data collection attached (but still have it available in case of an audit). I would love to have the ability to control what and how much information is being sent to Aloha.

Would like to be able to pull the objective for each program in the table with the session data (to be in compliance with TX Medicare)

Adding a "Previous session notes" button for staff to quickly be able to look at previous session notes without needing to exit the session and go to the history.

When supervisors are listing associated technician name in a supervision note, they have to manually type the tech name and credentials in a text field. I would like for a look up field option so the field would look up users with a role of Behavior Technician and have that users name and credentials (which are already on their profile) listed as options to be chosen and added to the session note rather than manually remembered and typed out.

It would be helpful to require that users input a minimum number of characters in required fields on notes so they do not just enter one character to move past the field.

The issue: RBTs adding data to session note that we don't want in the session note. What we want: The ability to add data by tag or treatment area for a program. Ex. only shows programs with data that include 'maladaptive behavior' as treatment area or tag (no other programs with data would show up as option to include)

As an alternative to reopening session notes and changing existing content of a signed note it should be possible to add one or more amendments to the notes.
