Feature Requests

When a BCBA is using the session supervision, we would like the notes left by the BCBA on that session/programs in that session to be only viewable by the BT who ran the session and not allow the other BT's to read the notes.

Program Modifications dynamic field currently only pulls in the first modifications noted in the supervision session to the note! Often times, ill go into the same program multiple times to make adjustments. Request - pull in ALL modifications made within the supervision session to the note.

Currently, AI only pulls in specific information about the session programs. I would like AI to pull in program modifications, observations of staff, any programs added during the session etc to generate a complete summary that speaks to the BCBA work done in the session, not the programs of the client.

Would like for the automatic 7 day filter to be removed from history and activities so staff can see all missing signatures right away

to be able to sort through goals/targets more efficiently, being able to color code targets/goals

Our BCBAs would like the ability to take data live while in the supervise mode in HiRasmus. We have fidelity programs for each client that they would like to collect data on in the desktop while in supervision mode.

WE ARE RUNNING INTO ISSUES WITH STAFF NOT SHOWING UP ON TIME TO THEIR SESSIONS AND NOT CHANGING THE ARRIVAL TIME AND NOT STARTING HIRASMUS AT THE ONSET OF SESSIONS FOR SESSIONS OUTSIDE OF OUR CENTER. WE ARE CONCERNED FOR MANY REASONS INCLUDING, ETHICS, PROGRAM INTEGRITY, RESPECT TO OUR LEARNERS, AND MEDICAL INSURANCE FRAUD. WE WERE WONDERING IF THERE IS ANY WAY TO ADD A GEOLOCATION TO THE SESSION. SO WHEN THEY START THE SESSION IT GEOLOCATES. WITH INTEGRATION TO ALOHA THAT SHOULD THEN REFLECT ON ALOHA FOR BILLING WHERE IT WOULD ALTER THEIR START/END TIME BASED ON THE THERAPIST STARTING ENDING THEIR HIRASMUS SESSIONS.

We'd like the option for the most recent program modifications to be shown at the top of the preparation page when staff begin a session (rather than at the bottom beneath all the programs) - we find staff are not seeing this often because it is at the bottom.

Having the ability for all levels to re-start a session if accidentally ending it - accidents definitely happen but being able to reopen a session if ended early would be great!
