In supervision, when a staff member is handling a crisis, it would be helpful for the BCBA to collect data for the staff, such as during watch mode.

Do not allow report tables to be wider than the document - prevent horizontal scrolling and tables from being cut off on the right margin or automatically changing the column sizes. We create report templates with tables (especially for treatment progress) that appear to be the correct width for the doc. Then, we use the template for an actual client report and the tables frequently spill over passed the right margin and the column sizing changes (shifting the column borders too far to the right). We then have to go through and resize every table in the report.

It would be helpful if the menu options for reports were frozen at the top when editing reports so that anytime I need to edit report elements or refresh the data I wouldn't need to scroll back to the top of the report to get to the 3 little dots in order to refresh the data and edit the report elements.

Currently any notes taken during sessions are not able to be viewed by someone watching or observing a session, they're only viewable after the session is closed. Being able to view these notes during the session would be very helpful to be able to see any information about the program without the staff needing to relay it. This would make remote supervision much easier.

Whenever I am editing procedures in the library and press the "save" button, the screen auto-refreshes back to the library. Is it possible for the page to stay on the program instead of reverting back?

It would be great to be able to do bulk entry of introductory or mastery dates (E.g., select all targets and enter date once) as well as being able to type/paste in a date instead of having to click through the calendar.

The new y-axis options for graphs are a little misleading and have really been throwing off a lot of our staff. The "Count" option listed under Frequency does not actually display a frequency count; it's only a count of successful trials. This isn't intuitive because that's not what the term frequency count means. We primarily use frequency programs to track behaviors to decrease like aggression, SIB, etc, so staff have been setting their graphs to "Count" thinking they will get a total count, but it's not displaying data for days or sessions when 0 instances occurred. Our prompt templates for frequency are set up so that every instance recorded is a success, so even though Count is only displaying a count of successes, it should still display 0 when there are 0 successes that day/session? To get an actual total count we have to use "learning opps count" which is confusing because these aren't skill acquisition programs. Can the graphing options be updated to offer something like "Total count" and "Success count" under the Frequency ribbon?

When entering information into instructions toolbox, if it becomes long and I am needing to format (e.g., indent left/right for bullet points/bold etc...) we need to scroll all the way up and we don't see the changes it makes.

When writing phase change lines onto target graphs, there should be an option to also apply the phase change line to the main graph. This makes report writing so much easier because all of that information will translate into the report.

I would appreciate it if you could add a toggle button to hide or include graphs for skill acquisition goals in the assessments. Once included in the template, it doesn't look like there's a way to hide or delete them if they're not necessary or add them in after you've started a report. If there was a toggle option for Reduction and Acquisition graphs separately, that would be great.
