Behavioral health providers must present clients and families with service agreements, consents, and policy text that contain legally required language. Current Hi Rasmus forms only allow for data entry fields, making it impossible to display this information for review within the form itself. This means families cannot view critical context (e.g., service agreements) prior to signing directly in Hi Rasmus. Reports could theoretically display this information, but they: Cannot be signed by external users (e.g., parents/guardians). Remain editable in real time, which violates compliance standards for finalized legal documents. This limitation forces staff to complete enrollment paperwork outside Hi Rasmus and manually upload signed documents, undermining the efficiency of the EHR. Requested Solution: Add the ability to include static text blocks within forms (e.g., service agreements, policy language) that clients/guardians can read and sign electronically. Alternatively, allow reports to be locked from editing once finalized and enable external signatures.
