Feature Requests

We would like the option to include "across multiple therapists" within a mastery criteria within the workflow. Currently BCBAs will have to analyze this information manually while the workflow is set up to master targets and goals based off of other criteria and does not account for generalization. I would like our BCBAs to use their time elsewhere instead of diving into this for each goal for mastery.

We would love to be able to create our own assessment. We use assessments such as PEAK, SRS-2, SSIS, etc., which are not assessment options. It would be great to have the option to create our own assessment that can be automatically pulled into treatment plans, in case we use an assessment not listed in the system.

If you navigate to the 'Progress' tab in each client's account, there's been a new UI update. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to set any default when it comes to grouping programs by anything other than treatment area and every time you navigate away from the progress page the chart will revert back to "Treatment Area'. I would like to request a feature that allows you to set a default to 'status' or other options.

I’d like to request an additional graphing feature in HiRasmus: the ability to add event lines that are separate from phase change lines. These event lines would mark important events (such as change in environments, medical events, or behavioral incidents) without splitting or segmenting the data, unlike phase change lines which denote intervention or protocol changes.

Would love if we could set the graph settings to differentiate between showing the 'set of targets' versus the overall target. Sometimes I will have 20-30 sub targets under a target and I want to graph to show the overall target data versus each subtarget.

Currently timestamps for data is for time after session was started. It makes it difficult when needing to add a data point/look up an interval that’s at a specific time (10:05), you have to calculate how far into the session that time is and then look it up. Currently if someone says “the client had a hard time around 10:00” or “can you change the interval data for 12:30 - 12:45” it’s cumbersome to figure out where that data is in the day. An easier option would be a time stamp of the clock time that the data was taken.

It would great if we could choose a default setting for graphs to apply to all the graphs in the progress screen. Right now we have to change it individually. This way we could choose our preferred default and then change individually and save as needed.

Right now, if a Workflow setting sends a target to Closed without going to the trophy phase first, the mastery date is set to N/a. It would be better if Closed set a mastery date without needing to go through the trophy maintenance phase.

To assist in quicker adding of programming, while I'm in a program within the libary, create a "add to client" button. This way, after reviewing the program, I don't have to go back out of the program, find the program, then add the program to the client.

Highlight/indicate what programs/targets were NOT run in the prior session.
