Hi, I'm looking for some support in creating a daily communication form that parents can access to see daily updates besides the billing daily session notes. I created a session note form, before realizing that you can't attach more than one note per session.

What do you recommend for home communication methods? I saw in the knowledge base that you recommend a daily report but that seems clunky and less intuitive. Our students are with 2 techs throughout the day, a morning staff and an afternoon staff. After each session (1 AM, 1 PM), the techs complete a daily session note for insurance billing purposes. I want them to be able to complete an additional note that is prompted immediately after the session that they have to complete before signing to their next student. I would love to chat about it and figure out an effective alternative!
