Often RBT's are scrolling looking for a specific goal and it can be hard to find right away. The new "filter programs in session" feature helps with this, but a little magnifying glass icon where they can type in key words to search for, like how "ctrl f" works on a laptop, would be very beneficial for them, and would be especially helpful for those who have reading disabilities such as dyslexia. Maybe the search button could go in the bottom right corner next to the "filter programs in session" button, or as part of the triple dots option. This would help with session work flow and increase the number of trials run.

Yes! And possibly a quick navigation option that provides pop up listing of all the programs so they can easily click to jump to that program

I wanted to also say that a search feature in the RBT view would be so helpful! I have seen RBTs struggle to find a program to read the instructions or put in data in the moment so often! Tags do not replace being able to search!

Yes! This would make programs and targets so much easier for staff to find/navigate!

We love this idea and will absolutely keep this feature request active!
In the meantime, there’s a current workaround that somewhat mimics the functionality you described by filtering programs in session by tags.
Tags serve a few key purposes in Hi Rasmus:
Categorize Programs:
For instance, if you want to distinguish between In-Home and Center-Based programs, you can create tags for each and assign them accordingly.
Filter by Program Tags Within a Session:
When running a session, you can filter programs by their tags. This helps providers quickly focus on specific types of programs — a partial solution to your request.
Organize Programs in Treatment Plans:
Tags also let you pull programs into specific Treatment Progress sections within client treatment plans. Without tags, all programs appear together in these sections.

Gwenyth Easter I utilize tags for this reason, but find many issues with its current state. Given that you can only filter for one tag at a time, I have to tag my programming with so many tags it gets messy. I also find tagging programming for the purpose of the RBT finding them in session, and tagging them to organize them on the BCBA side are two different things.
For treatment plans, I may want to organize my programs by domain, but for an RBT I could want to organize them by setting (bathroom, group, home, table work, etc.) If I tagged all of my programming for both purposes, RBTs still see those tags in the filter list and it makes it just as messy.
I feel like a search feature or even being able to minimize each program in session if I am not running it it much more helpful. I can't wait to see this change
