It’d be good to have a different way to track parent training goals.

Super low priority: nice to have! Some indication in a client profile when you go to their profile or when you login when it is their birthday in a banner, notification, or confetti so that all team members who are working with that child have that information.

We just realized that if you leave a session running after you finish with a client (e.g. forget to click the "finish" button at the end of the session), then go back later to finish it, type the note, and adjust the correct activity start/stop time, the session duration (the observation/counting time for the data) is not updated to match the corrected activity duration on the session note. This can significantly skew the data for rate based measures. For example, if the actual session was 2 hours, and the RBT left the session running for 10 hours, the data will show frequencies of behavior per 10 hours not 2. We would really like to see Hi Rasmus offer an option to synch the session times with the activity times, and in the interim a big alert prompting users to do this manually.

There should be an option to require Location for organizations who need to collect data points for EVV

Add a project management tool for tracking due dates for authorizations and treatment plan progress reports (draft due, supervisor review, parent review, submit to payer, etc).

for example: i have a timer for 30 minutes - an alert or alarm would occur so I know the time is up

Many of our technicians are BCAT’s which require them to have 12 ceu (3 of which have to be on ethics) every 2 years. Having the opportunity for them to watch recorded webinars and get the CEUs would be helpful as most are in sessions during the day.

G-Tube Feedings, Bathroom Breaks, Medication, etc. that must be done at a specific time - Is there a way to set up an alert (ticker tape or pop-up) or notification saying "G-Tube Feeding" and it pops up on the screen at 9:00 a.m. as a reminder to staff? I am guessing you have this already since other platforms do, such as catalyst, but I'm not sure where to find it or how to set it up.
