Limit visibility of supervision note
A
Alexandrea Wiegand
When using the supervise feature, if parent's have access to the session note for the BT, they will also see the session note for the supervision.
THINK would like to limit the parent's access to the supervision note without limiting the visibility to the BT's note.

would like to limit the visibility of certain programs. For example, hide parent training programs from therapists.

Notification Center Permissions
C
Caitlin Holmes, M.Ed., BCBA
It would be great to be able to customize which clients you receive notifications for, or have it tied to some piece of the client information (e.g., supervisor, if the features is updated to be able to add more than one client per supervisor). Right now it appears that the options are either notifications for all clients in a business unit, or no clients in a business unit. For an office/company with multiple BCBAs and some cases with multiple supervisors, this leaves us the choice to either have hundreds of HiR emails per day, or not utilize the notification center on a supervisory level.

Parent permission to only view completed session note
K
Katelyn Stayer
Parents should only be able to open up a session note once it's been completed/signed. There should be an option for them to not have access to view it in draft mode. Would also be useful to be able to choose to hide comments on sessions from caregivers.

Permissions

This request is specific to permissions for user groups. We would like to be able to selectively choose which roles can do the following:
- View activities of all staff (so that an admin or clinical assistant can help monitor note completion) and auditing
- Restrict who can send notes to lumary
- Restrict who can link appointments (we have spent HOURS finding appts linked to the wrong lumary appts that were pushed to completion.

We would like additional options for what 'history' is accessible by role, rather than just turning the option on/off.

Add User Privilege that prevents overlapping session times for separate users
R
Rebeccah Burnette
Some payers are very strict about session times overlapping for two separate providers i.e. Tricare with the 97153 service code. It would be beneficial to have a setting that makes it so two users providing the same service for a client within a day cannot have their session times overlap with each other.
