As a BCBA, I need to collect parent signatures on external documents, specifically monthly parent verification forms required by Regional Center. Currently, the only way to route a document to a parent for signature in the parent portal is to build a form template, which is unnecessary overhead for documents that already exist as finalized PDFs.

It would be extremely helpful to be able to upload a completed PDF directly to a client's profile and assign it to a parent for signature through their portal without needing to create a form template. This would keep the entire signature workflow in one place for parents and reduce the need for third-party e-signature tools.
