In three tiered models, we often make an effort to all be at session together. The midlevel and the BCBA cannot both "supervise" the session in Hi Rasmus. This makes it difficult to communicate about progress during session, to leave notes for the BT, and to enter a session note for the supervision completed. If 2 supervisors could use the supervise feature at the same time it would solve this problem.

Our BCBAs would like the ability to take data live while in the supervise mode in HiRasmus. We have fidelity programs for each client that they would like to collect data on in the desktop while in supervision mode.

It would be helpful if we can select the font color when writing session notes or supervision notes! We use these as team notes so we often have a few people adding remarks to them or responding to questions. In Word or Google docs we use different colored fonts to distinguish who wrote what - but we are in the process of switching to doing all our supervision & team updates through session notes or supervision mode in Hi Rasmus. We are working to update our session note templates and better incorporate the live supervision note piece. One way to do this would be to have a checkbox option as a means to format the live supervision note.

After making edits or viewing graphs, I would love for the supervision page to go back to the target that I was on instead of refreshing the entire page and jumping back to the top.

A place to type in personal notes during a supervision session that do not necessarily need to be implemented in a session, as we would with a notebook. Ex: BCBA writing down observations to look at later or to plan to implement. Have a place for us to be able to go back and look later.

When a BCBA is using the session supervision, we would like the notes left by the BCBA on that session/programs in that session to be only viewable by the BT who ran the session and not allow the other BT's to read the notes.
