In the simple +/- option for prompt level templates, we should be able to select independent/successful outcome in addition to a - or the prescribed prompt. This would be impactful for all auto prompt level templates and is necessary for time delay prompt level templates (as the goal is for the learner to respond independently during the delay as the delay increases).

Alternatively, if we could add a prompt level that is 'excluded from prompt fading' but also counts as unmatched, this would work as well. This way, we could mark an error if none of the prompt levels were effective or challenging behavior occurred and it would still move to a more intrusive prompt level if the designated number of errors occurred.
