Customer feedback (via Alaina, 9/21): an org asked whether we can track credentialing at the staff level (which BTs/BCBAs are credentialed with which payers) plus store their contracts at the staff level for audit purposes. They also want this tied into the scheduling tool so it alerts when a credential/contract has expired.

Alaina flagged this could extend beyond payer credentialing to other staff-level certs too (e.g., CPR certification tracking with expiration alerts).
