I am trying to create a program that has several components. It would be super helpful if I could have a set of targets within a set of targets or be able to have different "Titles" under a program and having sets of targets to each "title" (like a learning tree with branches). See examples below:

Overall Target - CIRCLE OF RELATIONSHIPS

A. Identifies People In Each Circle (Title/Set of targets)
