In North California, we have high-volume funder that requires all programs to be numbered in our reports. This funder requires goals to be sparated into specific header sections that can't be created by the automatic Treatment Area Labels feature. I have attached a screenshot of an example header below. The program enurmeration dynamic field will restart number after each of these header sections which has led to reports being rejected by this funder. Would it be possible to have an option where the program enumeration can continue across Progress sections or just be set to start at a specific number?
