For many companies, there are a select few people with access to alter templates. When working on a discharge report, treatment plan, or a blank report, it would be nice if a signature spot could be added without having to fill out and sign then and there. For example, when in draft and setting up the document, for say 2 parents who need to sign, editing that specific report and adding a signature that the person can click and fill out at a later time. Currently, if information is added and a blank signature is added, the parent then cannot sign that specific area.
