I need a data collection option to collect rating scale data to enter categorical and quantitative values that are not percentage. For example, an option to set response options as specific values like:

Strongly disagree = 1

Disagree = 2

Neutral = 3

Agree = 4

Strongly agree = 5

and the option to sum totals, etc.
