Do not allow report tables to be wider than the document - prevent horizontal scrolling and tables from being cut off on the right margin or automatically changing the column sizes.

We create report templates with tables (especially for treatment progress) that appear to be the correct width for the doc. Then, we use the template for an actual client report and the tables frequently spill over passed the right margin and the column sizing changes (shifting the column borders too far to the right). We then have to go through and resize every table in the report.
