Phase line/time of change
Denise L
Hi 👋
Thanks so much for the great feedback around adding a phase line/ time change! You’re right, it does currently default to 12:00 AM, and I can see how that might be a bit of a hassle depending on your workflow.
You mentioned needing to “go back to the annotations to correct”. Would you mind clarifying that a bit for me? I want to be sure we fully understand your process and pain points so we can find the best solution.
Just in case it helps in the meantime: after selecting/adjusting your Start Date, the Time field becomes editable. You can click into the time to adjust it right away, no need to revisit unless it was skipped initially. I’ve included a screenshot below to show what that looks like! 😊
Appreciate your input, keep it coming!

Denise L Hi! I am sorry for the delayed message!! Yes, I do know how to correct the time but sometimes I am needing to add BIP's while I may not be in direct supervision for that said client. So it does interrupt if I have to not only upload BIP's but then have to remember to go back and add the time in later. If there is a way around that to skip needing to manually edit the time versus the program tracking the time of the upload, it would be helpful or if the option to add the time manually when it prompts for phase lines would even be a better solution than what it currently is. That way all of those edits can be done in one spot. The other issue is that sometimes the dates/times don't seem to match and overlap on the graph despite the data being properly collected and the annotation date/times being properly entered. Thanks for your help!
