It would be useful to be able to disable missed session notification by appointment type, because certain appointments such as Speech and OT appointments are completed directly in a separate system, but users are being notified because those appointments pull into Hi Rasmus still.

I am currently still having a lot of notifications showing up even though the action item is already completed; it would be great to have a way to mass delete notifications to remove them.

Hello - it is causing headaches when team members receive notices for "missed appointments" when they were scheduled to be out of the office (e.g. vacation) and din't in fact miss any appointments. Please fix when possible.

Our clinical team identified two options that would be beneficial: 1) the notification also including the client alias (e.g. we use HIPAA initials, so mine would be COKE program updated.....). At our size, all staff have access to all clients so they are being inundated with notifications for updates and they aren't sure which client it is or how to prioritize reviewing them. 2) An option for the session note notification to be set for a certain time after the session ends, including when 24 hours past the end of session. Bonus if an admin could report all notes completed 25+ hours after session completion.
