It would be great if we could include number targets on hold or in waiting in Progress Overview and have that number go into the progress percentage.

Example: Currently- If I have 4 targets for a program- 1 target is on hold, 1 target is mastered, 1 target is in acquisition, and 1 target is waiting; then the Progress Overview page only shows 2 targets (1 mastered and 1 in acquisition) and will show percentage met as 50%, even though it is really 25%.
