The ability to grant visibility access via note template would help to give parents access to parent notes without giving them access to start the parent training sessions. (Currently, if you allow them visibility for the session, they can see the notes without issues, but they can also start a session, which could skew data. And giving them access to the history tab allows them to see all sessions/supervision, which we want to avoid.)

Having a toggle on the Note Template for different user visibility would help to avoid this issue while still giving them the access they need.
