We are trying to add our incident/injury report forms in Hi Rasmus - the issue we are having right now is that we can't just make it continuously available at all levels. Right now someone needs to go in, add the form, then assign it which does either take away what someone is doing in that moment or requires someone to remember to add it later. Unless I'm fully missing how to make this continuously available to staff this would be something incredibly helpful to all of our processes.

It's also timestamped if it's filled out in session and since we prevent "overlapping activities" for our staff, either the form has to be filled out after or we have to manually adjust the time so this doesn't create a roadblock.
