Hey Alecia M Barrett this is currently possible :)

--To enable headers and footers in your session note templates:

Select [Settings] > Select [Templates]> Select [Notes] > Select blue button [LAYOUT SETTINGS] > Toggle on Page Header and/or Page Footer and in each text box, select [Dynamic Fields] > add in information needed > Select [SAVE]

--To enable headers and footers in your report templates:

Select [Settings] > Select [Templates]> Select [Reports] > Open up each report template > Select the blue button [LAYOUT] > Toggle on Page Header and/or Page Footer and in each text box, select [Dynamic Fields] > add in information needed > Select [SAVE]
