It would look like a table and by each date/time have a parent/staff signature:

So instead of having to review each session note to run payroll and do medical billing - I could look at the timesheet for this.

I do not have an integrated calendar and my staff are not being honest about work times and not starting sessions right away so I would like an easier way to track their times and have parents sign it.

I have looked into the PM softwares you are integrated with and they are extremely expensive (lumary) or too slow (aloha). We use TheraNest whose integrated with catalyst and it is 35$/month for 30 users and they charge $0.05 to process claims electronically so there is no PM system that beats that currently.

If not, we will need to use paper which is fine for now as I have one client but once we grow we may need to find a system that is integrated with our PM software.
