Creating an undo end session option.

Undo "end session". We are having issues with therapists accidentally ending session for the day rather than transferring to another therapist or leaving open for another therapist and then causing data to be skewed as it shows as a separate chunk of data.

Either this, or create a separate “Exit while still running” button. It is too easy to fat-finger the “end session” button when what you really mean to hit was that teeny little triangle next to the end session button.
