Create a program for staff IOA/PI that does not affect the clients outcomes

I would like to use the supervision features for IOA / PI but I don’t because I don’t want low staff scores to affect the clients overall outcomes. Is there a way to create programming for IOA and PI that would not affect the clients scores?

You can set up an additional Program titled IOA data on the client's programs, then just be sure to remove it from notes and reports if needed so that it does not impact the client scores.
If you would like to take data separately from the client profile, you could use the add-on feature, Staff Profiles. Here's a knowledge base article that explains the difference between the users in the system and staff profiles.
