Conditional Dynamic Fields

Currently, all dynamic fields appear in session note templates regardless of whether they are relevant to the session. This can create clutter, increase documentation time, and lead to users completing fields that do not apply.
It would be helpful to allow conditional logic within note templates so that additional fields only appear based on a user’s response. For example, if a user selects “Yes” to indicate a telehealth session, telehealth-specific questions would populate. If “No” is selected, those fields would remain hidden.
This would improve clarity, reduce user error, and allow organizations to better align documentation with payor-specific requirements.
