Thanks for submitting a feature request!
This might not be exactly what you are looking for, but I wanted to mention that you can color-code tags and assign one or multiple tags at the program level.
During a session, staff can filter programs by tags to easily access specific programs.

Shara Deepankar I would really like for the color coding to be visible in active sessions. if thats not possible if it would be possible to separate targets into different sessions within goals instead of always having to add entire goals /all targets to sessions (ex. for different environments)
