Please add a checkbox for “PFC was completed by __________” to help easily identify which programs still require PFC. The same applies to IOA – please include a prompt to indicate whether IOA was conducted for supervisors. It can be challenging to keep track of pending items, and having a visual cue would serve as a quick reminder of what still needs to be completed.
