I agree with the other voters. I would also like to be able to view and download their certificate for their employee file.

I would add to this a notification to the supervisor and/or other identified person that it has been completed so that they can support getting the certificate. Almost 100% of our techs stopped at the certificate phase and identified being confused about it and they have all required additional supervisor and ops support to get their certificate.
