Allowing data from programs such as baselines, active date, mastery day, Names of goals edited within report view

Creating a mass addition or change for active date and Estimated Mastery Date. I created a space for this in each target. However, it will become more time efficient if these dates and the baselines can become edited/added within the report view and sync with each target.
