Allow forms to be pdf or excel format.

If like to input questionnaires into forms and be able to complete followup analysis on the results. The PDF doesn't allow followup without manually entering scores. Analyzing with pivot tables would be most ideal.

Hi William Oelke, LBA BCBA, It is now possible to export form data. In Reporting > Activities, you can use the column selector to add form data to the activities report. This will allow you to include individual responses to form questions. You can select the desired form responses and export them into a aggregated PDF or excel spreadsheet.
