A new Privilege is now available under Settings -> Organization -> User Roles -> [role]: Access all staff-competency profiles in assigned business units

When a user has this assigned they will automatically have access to staff profiles within their own business unit.

IMPORTANT: When enabling this the change will only take effect when you edit a user's profile.
