Can we get a feature to manually add baseline data into the graphs for the times when the baseline has already been collected?

May we have these features:

The ability to enter manual baseline data

The ability for all graphs to show baseline data in every new reporting period

See screen shot below as a reference, target behavior been active since 2021 (baseline data) with dates in acquisition showing recent dates such as 2024.

Can a feature be added to be able to add baseline data to different targets?

I would like to have a way to change the baseline date of a program that gets pulled for the treatment plan or have a way to manually enter them.
