For programs with many targets, it can be time consuming to add a target because Hi Rasmus automatically places the new targets at the bottom. The user has to then drag and drop the target where they want unless they use some sort of sorting (which is not always wanted). It would be helpful if there was an option to add a target before or after another target. For example, you have two targets and want to add a target between them. You click on the first target and click a button that says "add target after" and then a target is added after that target.
