Add maintenance interval option

I am seeing maintenance goals pop up on the same day as well. The targets are mastered on different days of the week, but if it’s on weekly or bi weekly, the targets appear all on the same day instead of one Monday because it was mastered on a Monday, etc.

Hello Chelsea Wood, BCBA-LBA, CRC, LPC
When creating a new workflow — or editing an existing one — you can add additional maintenance intervals, including weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual options.
Within the workflow, under Daily Maintenance, select Add Maintenance Interval, and you’ll see all of these options available to choose from.

Gwenyth Easter But what if the target needs to be run twice per week in maintenance? There is no option to to choose how many days/sessions in between each time we run the target. (i.e. every 2 sessions)

Annie Qi Got it — that makes a lot of sense! It sounds like you’d prefer not to have daily maintenance for every session. Maybe what you’re looking for is something in between the daily and weekly options, like every other session or a similar interval. Am I correct?

Gwenyth Easter Yes! With some earlier learners, it is more beneficial to fade maintenance a little slower. Daily --> Every other day --> Every 3 sessions, etc.

Annie Qi That is super helpful! I will share this feedback with my team! We appreciate your time and help, including the specifics and your rationale :)

I believe this can be done in the workflow?

Annie Qi I attempted to do this, but it indicates across sessions and not weeks or months

Chelsea Wood, BCBA-LBA, CRC, LPC You're absolutely right. It only allows you to choose the duration of the weekly/monthly maintenance.
