For providers that run multiple sites/schools, the current flat Business Unit feature is not ideal. We would like to ensure that leadership at each site/school can manage Hi Rasmus completely at their site and see all students & staff data at their site only and protect student and staff data at other sites. Within each site/school there are classrooms with their own sets of teachers, behavior analysts, behavior techs, and students. We need those individuals to have a scope that is limited to their classroom in order to protect student data privacy (our business units are currently at the classroom level). With the current business unit structure we either have to limit oversight and application management to preserve student privacy or we have to open up the potential that a site/school leader can view data for students or staff outside of their site. We'd like to not have to choose between the two. We are requesting to have a hierarchy to the business units and permissions be available to be assigned at any level of the hierarchy so that we could use our sites as the top level of the hierarchy and our classrooms as the next level of the hierarchy and admin staff could only see/manage students and staff in their level of the hierarchy.
