Ability to send notes to Aloha ABA with a signature request pending

I would like to be able to send notes to Aloha after I have requested a signature from a parent. I like for all notes to be sent by the end of the day for sessions. But I can't send any note to Aloha if all signatures that have been requested have not be gathered. My parents (and sometimes myself) don't have to opportunity to always sign notes in a timely manner and it puts us behind on multiple things in Aloha when we have to wait for signatures to be gathered to be able to send a note.

I would like to have a feature where RBT's can send their notes to Aloha before they get the required BCBA signature.

Yes, or don't make the BCBA signature required, but allow BCBAs to add signature later after sessions are rendered for documentation
