Maintenance Program Status
We’ve added a Maintenance status to support programs that have met their goals but still need occasional practice or monitoring. This status joins Baseline and Active in continuing to show up within sessions.
From the Treatment tab, program statuses control whether a program appears in a session:
- Will show up in a session: Baseline, Active, Maintenance
- Will not show up in a session: Waiting, Hold, Closed, Discontinued
Program statuses can also be used to filter content into Treatment Plans and Progress Reports—making this a key update for teams who want to reduce workarounds and better reflect real-world treatment phases.
Improved Program Tag Visibility and Consistency
When adding or editing a program, tags now display directly beneath the program name—no longer tucked away in the Instructions tab.
Tag colors now match across the platform, making it easier to spot and filter by category in places like the Programs page, Insights, and bulk tag actions.
This improves tagging consistency across workflows and helps users quickly identify relevant programs while editing, sorting, or reporting.
