Hi Rasmus Scheduling Is Out of Beta
Hi Rasmus Scheduling is out of beta. More clinics can now turn on the Scheduling add-on themselves. We're sunsetting our legacy scheduler: for clinics without the Scheduling add-on or an integration, adding appointments from a client's Schedule tab ends on January 1, 2027. π

What's new:
- π·οΈ No more beta labels:The BETA badge in Subscription and the beta welcome banner on the Scheduling page are gone.
- π Open to larger clinics:Clinics with 100 or more client licenses can now turn on the Scheduling add-on from Settings > Subscription, subject to the eligibility restrictions below. Previously, the toggle was locked for these clinics.
- β οΈ Legacy Schedule tab notice:Clinics without the Scheduling add-on or an integration now see a banner on each client's Schedule tab. The banner explains that adding appointments there ends on January 1, 2027, and that appointments will be managed with the Scheduling add-on from that date. Clinic managers using the web app see aTurn on Schedulingbutton that opens Settings > Subscription. Other roles, and managers using the mobile app, see aLearn morelink.

Why it matters:
Clinics still using the Schedule tab have time to plan the move before January 1, 2027. You won't be charged for the Scheduling add-on until a manager turns it on and sees the price.Two things to know:
- Selecting Turn on Schedulingopens Settings > Subscription; it does not activate the add-on. A manager must turn it on from the Subscription page.
- Enterprise-tier clinics and clinics whose integration doesn't allow scheduling still can't turn on the Scheduling add-on from Settings > Subscription.

π Completion Percentage Now Fills In on Treatment Reports
Completion Percentage is now a dynamic field in treatment report templates. It pulls straight from the Progress table, so you don't have to look it up and type it in. π

- π New Program dynamic field:In a treatment report template's Treatment Progress section, open the dynamic field picker and findCompletion PercentageunderProgram.
- π― Fills in per program:Each program shows its own current percentage when the report is generated.

Why it matters:
It saves BCBAs time on every report and keeps reports consistent with what you see in Hi Rasmus.Two things to know:
- Programs with a status other than Active show their status, such as "Waiting," instead of a percentage. This matches the status icon on the Progress page.
- This field is for treatment report templates only, not session note templates.

π Let Staff Know When a Canceled Appointment Is Back On

What's new:
When you undo a cancellation in the Hi Rasmus Scheduler, the dialog now includes a
Notify assigned staff
checkbox, selected by default. Leave it selected to notify the assigned staff member that their appointment on that date is back on the schedule. They receive an in-app notification and a pop-up message, subject to the role settings and exceptions below.

Why it matters:
Notifying staff when a canceled appointment is restored helps them keep track of schedule changes and avoid missing a session they thought was canceled.A few things to know:
- These notifications are in-app only; they are not sent by email or push notification.
- You can turn this notification off for a role in Settings > User Privileges > Notifications, under Appointment restored.
- No notification is sent when you undo a cancellation on your own appointment, or for appointments that come from a practice management integration.
