π Session Notes Now Match Your Rate Units
Rate targets in session notes now use the unit selected for each target, so your notes match the data screen. π
β¨
What's new:
- π Session data table:Rate targets show the same value and unit as the data screen. A per-minute target stays "/ min." and a per-hour target stays "/ hour," regardless of session length.
- βοΈ Targets without a unit:If a rate target has no unit selected, it follows the program setting. If the program also has no unit selected, it defaults to per hour, matching the data screen.
- π€ AI-generated notes:AI text fields now receive each rate target's rate, selected unit, and observation time. For duration targets, they also receive the behavior duration, helping generated notes report these details correctly.
- π Trial tooltip:The data screen tooltip now also shows the rate in the target's selected unit.
π οΈ
Fixed:
For templates with "split data by provider" turned on, each provider's note now calculates rates using only that provider's occurrences and timed minutes.
π‘
Why it matters:
Previously, session notes selected a unit based on the number's size. A per-minute target could appear as "/ hour" or even "/ day," and the unit could change between sessions. Now, notes match what the therapist saw during the session.
Two things to know:
- Rate targets created before per-minute and per-hour units were available may not have a unit selected. These targets may now show "/ hour" in notes where they previously showed "/ min." or "/ day." To use per minute, select that unit on the target or program.
- Rates are rounded to one decimal place. As a result, a very low per-minute rate appears as "0 / min.", matching the data screen.

π Get a Fuller First Review with AI Note Auditor
The AI Note Auditor now reports more findings in the first review, helping you resolve issues in fewer rounds. π
β¨
What's new:
- π Every issue, most serious first:The review names every issue it finds, starting with the most serious and describing each in one short sentence. If it finds no issues, it returns a single sentence.
- π Re-runs build on the previous review:When you re-run the Auditor while completing a note, or when it checks a note again after signing, it considers the previous verdict and whether the note changed. Resolved issues drop off, while unchanged text usually keeps the same result.
- β±οΈ Reviews take longer:Because the Auditor now checks every criterion, a review can take about a minute, and a bit more for longer notes.
π‘
Why it matters:
Previously, the Auditor could stop after finding a major issue, leaving smaller issues for later reviews. This meant you might fix one issue, run the Auditor again, and then see issues that were present all along. Now you see more findings up front, and re-runs are more consistent when the note hasn't changed.
Two things to know:
- Missing information is now considered more serious, so some notes that were previously Flagged may now be Failed.
- Bulk reviews from the Activities page also name every issue. However, each bulk review starts fresh and does not use previous results.
