π Set AI Note Auditor Strictness on Your Session Note Templates
Choose how strictly the AI Note Auditor reviews notes during note completion, with a dedicated AI Note Auditor section in each session note template.
β¨
What's new:
- ποΈ A dedicated section:Find AI Note Auditor settings in their own section of each session note template, alongside Signatures and Permissions.
- ποΈ Choose a strictness:Pick Strict, Balanced, or Lenient for each template.
- β
Applied during note completion:When the Auditor runs during note completion, it uses the template's setting.

π‘
Why it matters:
Previously, the Auditor used Balanced for all reviews when completing notes. Now you can choose a stricter or more lenient review for each template to match your organization's needs.
A few things to know as you set it up:
- Existing templates stay on Balanced until you change them.
- Anyone who can edit session note templates can change these settings.

See When Programs Changed Status on the Progress Page
See when programs were put on hold, moved to maintenance, closed, or discontinued with optional date columns on the Progress Page. π
β¨
What's new:
- π Four new date columns:Closed Date, Hold Date, Maintenance Date, and Discontinued Date. Each one shows when the program entered that status. It stays blank if the program never did.
- βοΈ Add them when you need them:The columns are hidden by default. Turn them on from the gear icon, and sort them like other columns.

π‘
Why it matters:
Check how long a program has been on hold without leaving the Progress Page to open individual programs. Status dates now appear alongside the learner's progress when you enable these columns.

π Users Prompted to Link an Appointment When Ending a Staff Activity
β¨ What's new:
For organizations integrated with a practice management system that supports staff appointment completion in Hi Rasmus, users will now be prompted to link an appointment when ending an unlinked staff activity. The prompt appears when an appointment is scheduled for that day in their practice management software.
π‘ Why it matters:
- π’ Avoid delays in staff appointment completion:Helping hourly employees complete the appointment steps needed for timely payment of paid staff activities.
- β¬οΈ Fewer steps:It minimizes the number of steps needed to link an activity in Hi Rasmus to a relevant appointment if the activity is not started from an appointment.

Hi Rasmus <> Camber Integration: Session Note Addendums Triggered by Camber Appointment Updates
β¨ What's new:
When you edit a completed appointment in Camber and change the Service Code or Service Location, an addendum will be created on the linked Hi Rasmus session note reflecting the change made to the appointment.
- βοΈ The original user who completed the note will be prompted to sign the addendum.
- π’ Addendum status is reflected on the activity, and activities with addendums can be filtered by addendum status in Activities reporting.
π‘
Why it matters:
If your payers require that service code and service location be included in your session documentation, this helps keep those details aligned with the updated Camber appointment without reopening your note in Hi Rasmus.
