Improved Visibility into Staff Certification and Credential Expiration Dates
A lapsed certification can keep a provider off the schedule from the very next day. You can now spot upcoming expirations right from your staff (Users) list, so nothing slips through the cracks. 💙
✨
What’s new:
📅
Next expiry column:
Add the new Next expiry column on Settings > Users to see the soonest upcoming expiration for each staff member.🔍
Filter by what’s coming up:
Filter to the next 30 or 60 days (or any range) to see who needs to renew soon, then save it as a view to check regularly.🔄
Renewals handled for you:
When someone renews, the column shows their latest expiration date, not the old one.⚠️
Lapsed credentials stand out:
A certification that expired and was never renewed shows a past date, so it’s easy to follow up.💡
Why it matters:
Until now, checking for upcoming expirations meant opening each staff profile one at a time. With expiry dates on your staff list table, a quick monthly check is all it takes to keep everyone current.

Record staff degrees, certifications, and renewals in one place
The updated Credentialing tab on each staff profile now keeps a complete, dated record of degrees, certifications, and licenses, including every renewal. You can see at a glance who holds what, and when, without digging through paper files. 💙
✨
What’s new:
🎓
Degrees:
Add a staff member’s degree level, field of study, school, conferral date, and accreditation. Degrees never expire, so there’s no end date to track.📋
Dated certifications and licenses:
Each credential now has a “Valid from” and “Expires” date, plus a standing of Active, Inactive, Suspended, or Revoked.🏛️
State licensure:
Choose State licensure to record an LBA or LABA. The issuing state fills in automatically from the staff member’s profile.🔄
Renew in one click:
Renew carries the issuer and number into a new entry, so you only add the new dates. The previous certificate stays on file as history.📂
Automatic history:
Expired credentials move into a collapsed “Expired” section on their own, keeping current credentials front and center.🔒 Clear permissions: Managers, administrators, and supervisors can record credentials. Therapists can view them but not edit them.
🛠️
Fixes:
✏️ Fixed deleting a checklist item, which now asks for confirmation and removes only that item.
👁️ Staff lists, reports, and note templates now show each person’s current credential rather than an older, expired one.
💡
Why it matters:
Credentials change over time. Staff renew, earn new licenses, and occasionally lapse. Keeping the full history, with dates, gives your team an accurate record of who was qualified and when, without relying on memory or spreadsheets. That way, you can spend less time chasing paperwork and more time supporting the clinicians who support your clients.
ℹ️
Important Note:
If you want to pull a user's credentials into their session note signature, you'll still need to utilize the "Professional Credentials" user field. Learn more about how to utilize that field HERE ---
Mastery Criteria is now a Dynamic Field in Reports and a Column Option on the Progress Page
✨
What’s new:
Now you can easily add a program's mastery criteria as a dynamic field in a report template or surface the mastery criteria as a column on the progress overview page.
💡
Why it matters:
This helps streamline report writing, so you don't have to look up the criteria and type it in every time or use a separate program data field to maintain the mastery criteria.
Adding the mastery criteria to a column on the progress page allows for better oversight into client program progress at a glance!
Less toggling between screens and less duplicitous work! We love to see it!
