Set It Once: Measurement Metric Available as Dynamic Field in Treatment Reports
Measurement Metric is now a dynamic field in treatment report templates, so each program's metric fills in automatically. No more typing it by hand. πŸ’™
✨
What's new:
  • πŸ“
    New Program dynamic field
: Find Measurement Metric in the dynamic field picker under
    Program
in your Treatment Progress sections, next to the program fields you already use.
  • 🎯
    Fills in per program
: Each program's own metric appears in the generated report and updates if the metric changes.
  • ⬜
    Blank when not set
: If a program has no metric, the field is left blank.
πŸ’‘
Why it matters:
How a program is measured gives context to its progress data. Pulling the metric straight from the program saves BCBAs time and keeps reports consistent with the program.
πŸ“
Good to know:
This field is for treatment report templates only, not session note templates.

Undo an Accidental or Reconsidered Cancellation in the Scheduling Tool
Managers and administrators can now undo a cancelled appointment directly in the Scheduler, so a mistake or a client changing their mind doesn't mean starting over. πŸ’™
✨ What's new:
  • βž•
    Undo Cancel action
β€” Select "Undo cancellation" on a cancelled appointment to restore it to the status it had before β€” no need to recreate it from scratch.
  • πŸ“‹
    Full audit trail
β€” Every undo is logged in Reporting > Auditing, including the original cancellation reason, so the history stays intact for compliance.

Why it matters:
Recreating a cancelled appointment from scratch costs time and opens the door to re-entry errors. Undo Cancel lets you fix a mistaken or reconsidered cancellation in one step, while preserving a complete record of what happened.

Staff Notifications for Cancelled Appointments
Assigned staff now receive an in-app notification when one of their appointments is cancelled, so fewer changes slip through the cracks and schedulers spend less time following up by text or chat.
✨
What's new:
  • πŸ””
    In-app cancellation alerts:
When an appointment is cancelled, the assigned staff member sees a notification in their bell and Notifications Center. If they're active in the app, they also see a pop-up.
  • β˜‘οΈ
    You decide when to notify:
The Cancel Appointment dialog now includes a "Notify assigned staff" checkbox, which is on by default. If a notification won't be sent, for example when you cancel your own appointment, the dialog tells you why.
  • βš™οΈ
    Role-level settings:
You can turn this notification on or off for each role in Settings > User Privileges > Notifications.
πŸ’‘
Why it matters:
When a session is cancelled, the provider on the other end shouldn't have to find out by checking the calendar or waiting for a text. Before this update, Schedulers had to reach out to staff manually, outside Hi Rasmus. Now the person who needs to know is told right away, with enough detail to adjust their day.
Appointment Linking and Unlinking Events are Now Recorded in the Activity Audit Trail
✨
What's new:
Linking an activity to an appointment and unlinking an activity from an appointment are actions that are now recorded in an activity's audit trail
πŸ’‘
Why it matters:
This is a helpful tool for troubleshooting if there are questions about which activities belong to an appointment, it gives a better picture of actions that may have been taken on an activity to allow for better oversight!
