[BETA] Catch Note Issues Before Signing with the AI Note Auditor
The AI Note Auditor can now review a session note in the last step before signing. This lets your clinicians see and fix flagged issues while writing the note, not after completion. It stays off until you enable it for the session note templates you choose. π
β¨
What's new:
- β
Turn it on per templateβ In a session note template, checkEnable AI Note Auditor before user signatureunder Content & Permissions. It's off for every template, including your existing ones, until you turn it on.
- π Review before signingβ When a user reaches the final step of the note, the Auditor starts its review by itself. The result appears in a banner at the top of the step.
- π Fix and re-checkβ If the note is edited after the review, the banner shows it as outdated. The user can re-run the review with one tap.
- π Two new privilegesβ Auditor access is now split into View Auditor Feedback and Moderation & Auditor Management. You'll find both under User Privileges, in their own AI Note Auditor section.
π‘
Why it matters:
Until now, the Auditor reviewed notes after completion, so fixing an issue meant reopening a signed note. Now clinicians see the feedback and can fix session notes before signing.
Three things to know as you set it up:
- The Auditor gives advice only. It never stops anyone from signing, whatever it flags. If someone signs while a review is running, the review finishes in the background and the findings show up under Activities.
- It never runs again on its own. The user chooses when to re-run it.
- View Auditor Feedback controls who sees the banner, and by default it's on for every role except Parent. Moderation & Auditor Management controls who can rate findings, manage Learning Moderations, and run reviews from Activities. Check both under User Privileges β AI Note Auditor before you enable the Auditor, so each role is set the way you want.

See Each Staff Member's Weekly Scheduled Hours
Available for Scheduling Subscribers Only
The Hi Rasmus Scheduler now shows how many hours each staff member is scheduled for that week, right on the calendar. You no longer need an export or a calculator to check it. π
β¨
What's new:
- β±οΈ Weekly total under each nameβ In Week view, each staff member's column shows their scheduled hours for the week, in hours and minutes. You'll see it in Schedule for and in Overview when it's grouped by User.
- π Updates as you scheduleβ When you add, cancel, reassign, resize, or move an appointment, the totals update right away.
- π
Follows the week you're viewingβ Go to a different week and each total updates to match.
π‘
Why it matters:
Schedulers work with many staff and many changes every week. With the hours right on the calendar, you can see who has room and who is at capacity while you schedule.
Two things to know:
- Canceled appointments and blocked-off unavailable time don't count toward the total, and the Unassigned column doesn't show a total.
- Changes someone else makes appear the next time your calendar refreshes.

Step Between Programs Without Leaving the Graph
β¨
What's new:
When a program graph is open from the Progress page, you can now move to the previous or next program with the new buttons at the top of the modal. You don't have to close it first. The order matches the Progress table, with your current sort and filters.
π‘
Why it matters:
Reviewing a caseload no longer means closing a graph and finding your place again for every program. When you close the modal, you're still where you left off on the Progress page.

β Also in This Release
- New program workflows now start with a maintenance schedule of Weekly for 4 weeks, instead of Daily for 12 days. Workflows you've already built keep their settings.
- In progress reports, target graphs now use the view you saved on the Programs page. "Hide if min. trials not met" is now available on Percent Correct target graphs inside a report. Reset on a report graph now goes back to your saved view.
- In the iOS app, the Create section template menu no longer opens the Assessments list on its own, so you can pick any section type again.
