Warning for Long Duration on Activities at Note Completion
Providers can now see the duration while they're completing the note, along with a heads-up when the duration looks unusually long. Catching a mistyped start or finish time now takes a few seconds inside the note, instead of a round of corrections after the note has already been completed. 💙
✨ What's new:
- 🕐 Duration on the note-completion screen—the duration now appears alongside the start and finish times on the note completion screen, so providers can see at a glance whether it matches the session they just ran.
- ⚠️ Unusually long duration warning—when the duration is over 12 hours, a warning appears above the time fields asking the provider to check the times entered.
- ✏️ Fix the times in place—providers who can edit their own activity times can correct them right there on the screen. The warning clears as soon as the duration drops under 12 hours.
- ✅ Never blocks completion—the warning is a heads-up, not a stop. Providers can continue without changing anything.

💡 Why it matters:
A 10:00 AM start with an 11:00 PM finish reads as a 13-hour session, and until now nothing in the note flow flagged it. Billing teams were finding these after the fact and opening notes one at a time to work out the real session time. Now the provider sees the duration while the session is still fresh. This means that accidental AM/PM time entry errors - for example, if a user accidentally selects 3 AM instead of 3 PM - will trigger the warning for a user to check their times.

Setting and Viewing Staff Availability
Available for Scheduling Subscribers Only
We've added the same scheduling availability tools you already use for clients to staff as well, so it's easier to see who's free and avoid scheduling conflicts before they happen. 💙
✨
What's new:
- 🗓️ Weekly availability for staff— Set a recurring weekly availability schedule for any user from the new Availability tab on their profile, with the same day-by-day toggles and time ranges you use for client availability.
- 🎨 Availability on the calendar— See staff members' unavailable hours shaded on the scheduling calendar, so you can spot open time at a glance.
- ⚠️ Heads-up on booking conflicts— If you schedule an appointment outside a staff member's availability, you'll see a warning instead of being blocked, so you stay in control when exceptions come up.
💡
Why it matters:
Until now, only client availability could be stored and shown on the schedule, so there was no structured way to see when staff were free. This update brings staff availability in line with the client experience, helping you build schedules with fewer conflicts and a clearer picture of your team's time.
