What's New
We've added a new setting to our scheduling tool that allows you to hide all cancelled appointments when viewing calendars
Select the ⚙️ icon from the menu at the top of the calendar
Toggle on "Hide cancelled appointments" and all cancelled appointments will be removed from view

Why it matters
This removes extra noise from calendars, so you can have a clear picture of a client or users scheduled appointments, availability or unavailability.

Improvements to our Bulk Activity <> Appointment Matcher
We've made some improvements to our bulk appointment matcher tool under Reporting >> Activities (a
Premium
Feature) to allow for more precise matching✨
What's New
- We've refined the the time tolerance on our bulk activity to appointment matching feature. Setting a time tolerance of "0" will allow you to only match activities to appointments that have the exact same start and end time.
- We've also removed "Form" activity types from the bulk appointment matcher so that forms do not get matched to an appointment.
