Saved Views on the Progress Page
We've brought Saved Views to the Progress page table, so you can save your preferred filters, columns, and groupings once and reload them anytime—no more rebuilding your layout every session. 💙
✨ What's new:
- 🔖 Save a view— Save the current filters, columns, column order, and group-by selection as a named view, then reload it with one click.
- 👁 Control who sees it— Set a view's visibility to just you, all users, or specific user roles.
- 👥 Share org views (Managers)— Managers can create, edit, and delete organization-level views and scope them to the roles who need them, so teams report from a consistent starting point.
- 📌 Views that stick— The Progress page remembers your active view as you move between program graphs and switch between clients, so you pick up right where you left off.
💡 Why it matters:
The Progress page is where you go to act on a learner's data, but until now it forgot your setup the moment you left it. Rebuilding the same filters and groupings every visit added friction to work you do all day. Saved Views lets you set up the table your way once and gives managers a simple path to standardize how their teams read progress.

Render Dynamic Fields in Progress Reports
You can once again render dynamic fields directly in progress report text fields, so the values you pull into a report are locked in place when you're ready. 💙
✨ What's new:
- ✍️ Render button is back— Use the render dynamic fields option in progress report text fields to replace dynamic fields with their current values.
- 📄 Works across your report— Render dynamic fields in text elements, assessment elements, and program elements (both top and bottom).
- ✅ Confirm before you render— A confirmation dialog checks in before rendering, and your current state is saved first so every value is captured accurately.
- ↩️ Undo and redo are supported— Changed your mind? Rendering works with undo and redo like the rest of your report edits.
💡 Why it matters:
Several organizations told us they missed being able to render dynamic fields in their progress reports. This brings that back, so you can freeze the values in a report exactly as they are when it's finalized—helpful when you're preparing reports for review or sharing and want the numbers to stay put.
