Session Timers & Real-Time Prompts

G-Tube Feedings, Bathroom Breaks, Medication, etc. that must be done at a specific time - Is there a way to set up an alert (ticker tape or pop-up) or notification saying "G-Tube Feeding" and it pops up on the screen at 9:00 a.m. as a reminder to staff? I am guessing you have this already since other platforms do, such as catalyst, but I'm not sure where to find it or how to set it up.

This would be great - we use kitchen timers currently

If we could set an alarm to pop up with a reminder for staff. Such as at noon I have a client who needs to take medication. If a notification/alarm pops up, that would help remind staff.

I would love if there was a way to make a program pop up on the screen at a pre-determined interval and require you to take data on it before any other data is collected. This would be useful for interval programs in a variety of settings and situations, I primarily want to use this to ensure we are practicing assent across all kiddos, but would also use it for acquisition skills such as attending for a specific duration or decrease skills such as refraining from property destruction for a predetermined amount of time.

Hi asha KANOUJIYA -
This is a great feature request!
While we don't have a pop-up alert currently, we do have some similar options that you can do in the system today.
- Create an instructions-only program and require all staff to review this program before starting their session. Instructions-only programs are text-only with no targets.
Below is an article in our Knowledge Base on how to set those up!
- If you are a manager-level user, you can set up customized client information fields, which live within the client profile and can be pulled over into notes and reports.

- If you are a manager-level user, I would also suggest looking at the notification center to adjust the notifications that your staff receive. I'll include a KB article on this as well!

We would require a field entry within the profile for Allergies and Risks, if filled , should pop up everytime prior to session start or once the client is selected, as an indicator for caution.

Would it be possible to create a timer feature?

Yes. This could also be helpful if it was not just time based, but date based as well. Also, a repeating setting (so that a scheduled task can be set and repeated long term)
